Haven’t shown this off in awhile and after securing the ‘26 Verlander, I thought it was time. It got me to thinking: is there a way to have completed this with fewer players? I have a hard time believing so.
Also, with Verlander maybe getting me one more year, any suggestions on who I should continue with next?
And before anyone says anything, I do have Verlander’s rookie card, it’s just in a slab…
When I first got into prewar, all I knew about was the t206. I then discovered the t205 set and was flabbergasted to learn about another tobacco set called t207! Anyways, even though now I know of the many different t-series sets, I always wanted to have a t205, t206, & t207.
As I’m sure most of yall know though, t207 isn’t the prettiest when you compare them with their brothers. Few stood out as ones I’d want to add to my PC, but Chief Bender was one of my favorites. The “Red Skinned Slabman” as he’s referred to in the bio on the back. I finally found one with good registration for a good price and I’m pumped to have added a card from this set to my collection!
Just flew into Milan Linate. None of our bags arrived, nor did our car seat. We’re supposed to pick up a rental tomorrow and head to the Dolomites. Any advice on what to do?
They made it sound like they would find our bags and get them shipped to our hotel, but I’ve heard a lot of empty promises today. Do they reimburse us for our purchases?
Any suggestions of where to buy a baby, rear facing car seat?
