I’d love to hear your thoughts on these beans. I recently tried the barako variety and found that it tastes really nice when brewed with my V60 setup. The flavor came out bold yet smooth. Has anyone else experimented with these selections? I’d appreciate recommendations or feedback from other buyers who have tested them.
For C5 esp pro users here. What's the setting for medium fine grind? I only follow the default pour over setting of 1.5.0 - 2.2.0 but i find it too coarse. THANK YOU!

Hi, im new to pour over. I tried a light roast beans but it taste like hot lemon water.
Temp: 96°
Grinder: 1.4.0 timemore c5 esp pro
Dripper: timemore crystal eye
