I bought the X60 max ultra complete a couple months ago. I am coming from an iRobot S9+, so massive upgrade and change in feature set for sure. Generally I am very happy with the robot but I have a couple concerns I would like addressed if the mods can help out! Robot was purchased in USA directly through the Dreametech website. Current firmware is 4.3.9_1771 which the app tells me is the latest available.

1. I have a couple of couches in my living room that are somewhat low clearance but easily navigable underneath. I made low clearance areas for each couch. The robot will go into low clearance mode and vacuum those areas, but it doesn’t do it overly well, and often times it will tell me I need to move the robot from one of these areas to an open area to reposition. Why does the robot seem to get lost in the low clearance areas and how can I avoid that behavior?

2. I have noticed a couple times that during a cleaning event, two or more rooms will become merged automatically by the robot/app despite me asking for that to happen. No idea why, and there is no option to turn off auto-updating the map. My only recourse is to revert to a saved map file every so often but I would like to understand why this is happening.

Hopefully the mods can provide some answers for me on these. Thanks in advance!

Long story real short, I was unable to complete last Saturday’s puzzle in a timely manner because of extending circumstances and no internet connection, yadda yadda yadda. My 1525-day streak flushed down the toilet. I was pretty heartbroken. That’s a ton of time, effort, and commitment.

A quick message to customer service through the NYT games app, and my streak is restored just a couple days later.
