Garden art

I’ve started painting as a form of pain management. Here’s my latest creation!

It’s neat, because while I’m painting, my nerve pain slips into the background.

My dr is taking me off of nortriptyline and putting me on Cymbalta.

Apparently I have too many side effects, so she wants to try this drug.

Nortriptyline, definitely has helped with my pain, but she thinks that my symptoms of, dizziness, numbness and tingling in my face and heart palpitations at night, are from this drug.
(I have appointments with a cardiologist and a new neurologist coming up)

Has anyone tried Cymbalta?

I did a quick google of the side effects, and they don’t seem tooo bad. I do like the possibility of weight loss :)

Also, I really hope the pain doesn’t come back this week while I’m on a much lower dose of my current medication. I really hope this new drug helps like the nortriptyline did.

Im so anxious and annoyed.

Rant over

I hope you all have a pain free evening ❤️

This has to be the coolest thing to happen in my garden

I was out dead heading some flowers, and noticed that my peach daylilly has a pinkish bunch of flowers!! I’m going to separate them on my next day off. I’m so excited !!!!!

Has anyone had crps spread to their face?

I have it in my right wrist, hand and elbow. But I think I’m in remission since it doesn’t hurt as bad as it did in the beginning.

I have been experiencing sharp horrible burning pain in my right ear, and jaw and my face feel’s fuzzy or tingling?? I’m also super dizzy when standing and looking up.

I’ve had a cat scan, and an mri on my brain (all clear) and I currently have a cardiac holter monitor, to rule out any heart problems. The drs also ruled out ear infection, vertigo and MS.

My pain dr doesn’t think the dizziness and face pain is from my crps. I think it is.

I hope this makes sense, I’ve taken a few thc gummy’s for pain, and it’s not helping with the pain(but I am a little stoned)

▲ 3 r/Lowes

I just had an interview for cabinet specialist.

I am currently a flooring specialist at Home Depot, (I’ve been at depot for 11 years) I applied for cabinet specialist at my local Lowes.

I believe the interview went well, and the manager said I will hear from her on Monday or Tuesday.

My questions are

(I’m planning on asking all of these if/when they call.. I just want to be prepared)

What is the pay rate for this position?

Do you all enjoy working at Lowes? I know all retail jobs have their challenges, but I generally enjoy working in my current position.

Is there a high turnover rate with this position?
(The kitchen designers in my store will be there until they retire )

What happens if you don’t make your sales goals?

Is there anything else I should know about this position?

I never thought I would be looking for a different job, since I sincerely enjoy what i do, but I don’t think I’ll be able to advance my career with my current management team.

Thanks in advance!

My excellent friend Bruce

Bruce has to be the best golden I’ve ever had. And he is an excellent garden helper. His skill set includes, sprinkler water tester, plastic pot gathering, and greeting garter snakes, birds and squirrels.
