I pay $200 for a max subscription, I unsubscribe. After a few months my 15k remaining credits get taken. How is this your business practice? I paid for the credits and because I unsubscribed you just.. took the back? What the hell was that $200 for if not for the credits?
Anyone notice the subscriber count being really inconsistent? It's different between the subscriptions stats page and the count on the tier cards, and changes randomly even without gaining or losing subscribers.
I don't think it's people being banned either as that shows up as a notification with a crossed through username.
Like at the moment the subscriptions page says there are 6 more subscribers than the number on the tier cards. Real weird. No idea which number is accurate

Started around February and have had steady and predictable growth of subscriptions for the past six months. The past two weeks have considerably slowed. Only just enough new subs to mitigate those unsubscribing.
Content has remained constant in quality and output, and new watchers continue to flow in at a predictable rate. Premium gallery sales are still holding steady too. Seems to only be affecting subs for some reason. Maybe a college/uni term-time thing? People unsubbing before they go back to studying? Or maybe something with DAs algorithm? People saving for Christmas maybe?
Or maybe I've just got an many subs as I can out of the available audience
So yeah, does DA have busy times of the year and I just happened to start at the right time?
So exporting data from the customer dashboard gives you two options, by month or by latest 500 sales. You'd think by month would give you all of the sales for that month but it seems to cap at 500 sales too, meaning you can't export all entries in any way if you go over 500.
Any ideas on how to get them all? Or am I just shit out of luck and would have to scroll through them all and enter them into a CSV manually
So I have a premium gallery at $15, minus 2.5% fees on my pro+ plan that brings it to $14.62. However in the earnings page on the dashboard I receive $13.80 per sale. So about an extra 5.5% off the top totalling at 8%. What is that extra 5.5% coming from?

Anyone else finding this? Now seems to be using keywords to completely moderate all results in image generation. Not even generating anything, blanket instant moderation on everything. No blur on a hidden moderated image, just the default rainbow background with the moderated icon on everything
Using Grok models does this not take the rest of the video into account as well as the previous prompt like with Grok standard?
How do they work with regards to monthly subscriptions? Are they applied to just the first month?
The text editor in the studio is buggy as all hell for the video portion. Trying to type prompts is incredibly frustrating. The cursor always seems to be like 7 characters back. If you try to highlight a word to delete the text before it is instead deleted, not the highlighted word.
