So my boyfriend’s step mom went to pick up my T gel today, and it’s my first ever time using T gel so I have no way of knowing if it’s bad or not.

She picked it up at 4pm and then went to the bar for 4.5 hours and I just got it. The individual packets are warmer than body temp when I touch them. It was 20° and sunny outside when she left it in the car. The car is also black as well which obviously wouldn’t help the heat inside.

I know damn well there’s no way it’s okay to use anymore, but I don’t know how to prove it’s bad because they’re refusing to accept that it could go bad in the car and they won’t pay to replace it even though it’s their fault it went bad and I don’t have another $75 to buy a new box.

I need advice and like a definitive way of proving it’s gone bad because they won’t listen to me and completely dismissed my concerns when I called and told them it can’t be left in temperatures above 25° and it can’t be left in the car.

I’ve been dealing with symptoms of moderate ME for about 3 years now, and currently have some big life events coming up that I have zero knowledge of how to handle without worsening my symptoms severely.

For some context I have a family trip coming up in 2 days. We’re going to another city for 3-4 days and apparently we’ll be doing a LOT of outdoor activities and socializing with family/friends.

Coming up the next week I have another trip to a city a few hours away for my best friend’s engagement party. We’ll be camping for 3 days in basically the middle of nowhere in tents.

I don’t want to cancel on these trips as they’re extremely important to me, but I have no idea how to pace through them without holding everyone else back and making the experience absolutely miserable. I want to be there with family and friends but I’ve been either housebound or bed ridden for the past while and I seriously do not know what to do anymore.

TL;DR: I have 2 important trips coming up, both within the next two weeks. I can’t cancel on them but I don’t know how to go about them without worsening my symptoms or causing a crash and ruining the whole trip for everybody.

I just got my first packer in the mail yesterday with some packing boxers, and wearing it for the first time made me look like I had a raging boner for lack of better words.

I was really excited for it and I still want to be able to use it, but given that I’m only 5’5 it doesn’t look anatomically correct for me to have a massive (genuinely looks like it’s 7”) bulge in my pants.

I can’t afford a different one and this one was a donation from a local queer group so I can’t return it and ask for a smaller one. Does anybody know what I can do to make it smaller or even make it look smaller? I don’t exactly want to leave the house looking like I’m constantly hard 😭😭😭
