Cost of living near UKM

Hey guys, I was researching about the cost of living here in KL specifically near UKM but found very conflicting info. Going off what I found , 700rm/month for studio apartment, 400 for food plus 400 more for misc (recreation, gym, social)... come to about 1500 - 1600 rm/month. For those who live there, is this realistic or way too low?

Possible to bootstrapped fintech Saas as a solo dev?

Pretty much what the title says, I’m really interested in fintech and would like to deep dive into in but the more I research the more it seems regulatory and compliance cost like KYC, AML and such (upfront cost can be up to millions) doesn’t seem to make fintech something you could bootstrapped. Does anyone here know any adjacent fintech saas that someone like me could get started in?
