I was listening to TDOM again. I like this record quite a lot, ik it's not everyone's favourite but it has a lot of strong tracks imo (also it came out when I was in high school so I'll always have a fondness because of that).

One thing I noticed is that the main album closes on a somewhat weak note. Now, "I Won't Say A Thing" isn't a bad song at all, but as a closing track it's quite weak. I was listening to the bonus track version, and "Finite" came on and good god, what a mighty track that is! IDK why they didn't keep it on the main album, it's the perfect way to end an album. IDK, thoughts?

I haven't had my appendix since 2004. Some tell me having a gnarly scar is pretty punk but IDK, being knocked out and having my appendix taken out seems like poser shit to me. IDK what do y'all think

Was listening to Mass Nerder today.

Is it me or do a lot of songs just have that sing-songy quality that would make for fantastic show tunes? This must be done.

EDIT: I'm quite aware this is an awful idea that should never happen. So was Mama Mia though

I just checked my natal chart because I totally forgot everything other than Pisces sun and saw that I'm a Virgo rising...which is funny because I do find myself often struggling internally between my inner feeler/dreamer and the inner critic/thinker 😅
