T1 Pro banging noise?

So this T1 Pro is my first delta style printer. I bought it second hand, when I did a test print with the guy who sold it to me it didn’t seem to have any issues at all and this definitely didn’t occur. However after getting it home and set up every print I’ve done I’m hearing what sounds like a bang or clang each layer. I believe it’s happening during the layer transitions but not fully sure. The video doesn’t quite capture the noise right but it’s the best recording I could get. I’m not sure if it’s the nozzle hitting the print or something mechanical. If anyone could provide some input on how to best trouble shoot this it would be greatly appreciated.

Help with support settings

So I’m currently in the process of printing this cosplay Zabuza sword ( https://makerworld.com/en/models/1563229-zabuza-sword-kubikiribocho-cosplay-replica?from=search#profileId-1643095 ) for my friend. I am printing it on my Bambu lab H2C with Bambu lab PLA-CF filament (using the Bambu lab default pla-cf material profile) using 0.6 nozzles. This is my first time printing with pla-cf and I’m having issues with the surface quality in support areas. The design has a circle 140mm in diameter that needs to be supported when printed. I’ve tried using PLA-support and petg as an interface layer but it would not lay down right and would seem to result in worse quality. Normally when I’ve used a different material for an interface layer I’ve gotten amazing results but this has been a struggle when I’ve done test prints. The thinner test print was done without a differential interface layer and the wider one used a pla-support interface; the one I tried with a petg interface failed completely. I’ve attached my current settings in Bambu studio, if anyone has suggestions on how to get better results please let me know.

If I’m missing any information needed please ask.
