Hello, I had my first UTI back in June. Took antibiotics and was fine. A few days ago I started having the urge to go to the bathroom and a bit of lower pelvic pressure/pain. My last UTI had all those symptoms along with burning when urinating. No burning this time but just a lot of going to the bathroom. Would this be a UTI? I'm heading into urgent care tomorrow to ask for a urine test.

Please help me save my cat, Oscar. He's my baby and he hasn't been doing well. He's only one, and I had to rush him to the emergency vet a few days ago because he wasn't eating. He was drinking water and using the litter box so I made him a vet appointment. Until I came home from work, he hadn't moved from the spot where I to bed, he was barely breathing and struggling to walk. The vet said he is very sick and I would need about $4,000 for inpatient care or putting him to sleep. I cried in the office. I can barely afford my bills, groceries, and my own medication. I lost my other boy, BJ, last year. I can't bear to lose Oscar too.
I hate asking for money. But please, my baby deserves to live, he's only one. Even a dollar or two will help. I just want him back to his lively little self. I hate seeing him like this.

Hello, last night I found tapeworm segments on my female recently spayed six-month-old kitten. I have three other cats and I'm worried they may be infected. I have isolated the kitten in the bathroom, called the vet, and got some medicine for intestinal worms + fleas, and tick treatment. The kitten is eating and I gave her both pills a few hours ago (one pill for each treatment) and I know the vet said it will probably take twenty-four hours. Will she poop out an entire worm? I've seen fewer segments on her. As for my other kitties, I've seen no segments near their bottoms, bedding, or litter. What should I do? I'm crying just thinking about it. I lost two of my boys within a year of each other and I don't know what I do if I lost one of my four girls.

Hi, I rarely get bladder infections but on Thursday in the middle of my shift I had the intense urge to pee and from then on my bladder has been hurting to the point it hurts to walk sometimes and it burns when I pee. I read about it spreading to the kidneys and I'm afraid of that. My urine looks clear, no pain on my sides just where my bladder is. I've been drinking water and cranberry juice (can't make a doctor's appointment till Monday 😭) I do have lower back pain but i had Spinal Fusion surgery when I was thirteen so back pain is frequent for me. I'm just worried. How long does it take for a bladder infection to turn into a kidney infection?
