I have had Verizon for 19 years, I got my line when I started working at cellularsales around that time. I quit in mid 2025. I got the Internet and the promo was a 100 Amazon gift card. I moved right after I got the giftcard which was around 3 months in. I disconnected the Internet because it no longer worked where I live now, and kept the phone service still (even though I'm about to go to visible). But my bill has a freaking 100 dollar promo chargeback, just like cellular sales used to do if a customer didn't keep the line of service over 180 days. Jeez I never knew they would actually do this. Yes over the years I knew Verizon said it might happen if you don't keep things 180 but I just thought it was a empty threat. I never had a customer tell me this shit happened to them.

I have the ex-l with DVD nav. I really need a upgrade from this outdated stuff but want to keep DVD and sat radio. There's not much options other than another screen with android auto/car play. I did find a device online for around 150 that adds Bluetooth connection. And it's a start because the external 10 inch screen with those options plus fm transmission sucks and is crackly. Anyone got any good suggestions?
