Our backend infrastructure is being designed to support 20K–50K users initially, with a roadmap to scale beyond 100K users, while handling concurrent jobs, secure APIs, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance workloads.

We are in intial stage for the development of our application (for doc scanning app), most of the UI screens in Figma designs are ready, UI prototype is ready, testings of local and backend features is done. Also, validation, interviews, survey and research are thoroughly done over 2-3 months. We have many USP and cent percent calrity for the future of this app.

Unfortunatly we founders lacks andriod development skill and dont have exp. with it, hence we need someone to setup the foundational architect for the app in Kotlin and scale the app with us for long term as a full time employee. We are bootstrapped so pay is expectadly very less.

1. Knowledge for App development (mostly native), Web Development and Backend.
2. AI & LLM in-depth Knowledge (++ AI researcher)
3. Willing to learn and adapt quickly
4. Can manage a group of people and motivate them towards vision of the firm
5. Able to build technical requirements (easy to complex) while managing and building a scalable system
6. Should have an affinity for above 100% customer service and prioritise customer problems
7. Can work without seeing the clock machine whenever required in 24 hours.
8. Willing to sacrifice everyday noise (family, friends, socital, social media) for next 2-4 years and have a singular focus on the vision, or at least we scale to self-sustaining.
