Going cold turkey for 1 year or more at least

There is a girl i met online, she lives like 70 kms from my house and we have been talking for 3 years now I've blocked her 3 times for months in those 3 years but when even i feel like i should unblock and talk to her she forgives me, recently i met her irl when she requested me to attend her sister's wedding and watching her efforts i came from indore (indore is 300 km from my home town) to attend the wedding we met i stayed at her home for a day and night we spend great time and then i thought i should confess my feelings and when i finally did she rejected me saying you blocked me 3 times and went to explore other girls how can i trust you (yes i did what she was saying) but this time i was serious i wasn't exploring anymore i was focusing on my career and i felt she could be the one which made me confess, i tried my best to make her believe that i won't leave this time and she said i still can't trust you, when the conversation ended she did say that i need some time i also have feelings but i can't trust you right now she said we can be friends for a while and when I'll be comfortable we can be in relationship (this conversation happened face to face btw) anyone experienced pls tell me if i should trust her and stay friends till she gets comfortable or she's just manipulating me or smth , i did things which gave birth to those trust issues and still she forgave me every time, she also said that if we're in a relationship and I'll block her again than she won't would be able to replace me while i can replace her (i actually can but i don't want to explore i just want her)
