Hoping to catch the mariners game on Wednesday with a buddy. Anyone have good recommendations for a sports bar other than Tropics?

We recently moved out of an apartment and into a house. Is it normal for the lawn/exterior to always have cockroaches every night? See at least 2-5 every night without searching for them.
