Are there any big differences between any of these squads?

Ranked match's in ac6

How come there is like no one on ranked matches I've been trying to get my rank up for weeks but there is no one to play against like ever I don't know if its a network problem on my part or if I'm just really unlucky and choosing to play ranked only when there is no one on ranked

First army

This is my army list so far, but I'm having a bit of trouble because I have cataphractii terminators instead of the normal ones need to know if they can be used in my army or not

I've got two questions and need some answers

1: what are some good centerpiece models

2: I couldn't find any 40k terminators in my area for my army so I substituted them for some pre heresy terminators I have one built and painted but need to know if they're legal
