Bank Staff Returned Transfer Cheque to the Drawer without our Consent
So, Mr.X gave us a cheque of Rs 50,000 in Same Bank aka HDFC.
We went to branch, gave the cheque to Staff, he said, "Ho Jayega" and we left. (This is normal process and done by all)
Then when we went to the branch after few hours of no message, the staff revealed that Mr.X came and took back the cheque.
Mr.X is not our enemy but the bank is, who gave our cheque without Consent, so only tell what claim we have against HDFC

Core engaging is making me Mad.
Like all the cues fail to help me engage passively. To even feel them, i have to make specific form in things like deadbug and bridge, and i don't even know if i correctly enagaged core or is it just me straightening back by lifting Butt.
Regarding Pushup and Pullups, when i look at shadow, i see my body isn't straight. Don't understand if it is weak core, sagging hip, wrong angle or Form.
Like it is not soreness or time, that's making me tired, but this, this is beginner struggle.

Body won't stay straight in incline Pushups and Inverted Rows
Like all the famous cues like tighten abs fails to be understood by me. I am able to train planks and that's because the position forces core to work.
but in push-up or IR, my lower body slouch auto and i don't know what i do wrong

Incline Pushups
Inverted Rows
So while all muscles in my hands feel worked on even next day, my chest and back feels "Normal" like they didn't do anything....
Is that normal? For refrence my arms are slim while my stomach has fat so could that be responsible??
