Should i ask for a exchange?
Weeks ago i bought this tv tcl c6k now it has a dead pixel should i talk to the retailer about it i doubt he'd just refuse due to tcl warranty terms that it need at least to be 8 dead pixels but chatgpt said it's worth it asking if it's a new tv .I'm confused

Tcl laggy picture
When i watch the 4k video on my tcl c6k, it's laggy and glitching. The motion stops and plays again in a half second it's so noticeable. How can i fix it ?
