Back Sleeper Knee Pillow

Back Sleeper Knee Pillow

I have a half moon pillow that I use under my knees while I sleep on my back. It is great at the beginning on the night, but it’s memory foam, so as it warms up, it softens, and eventually it just squishes down. Does anyone have any suggestions for something that isn’t memory foam or is higher density? I was looking on Amazon, but everything there seems to be the same memory foam. I love how comfortable it is at first, but it’s just not enough once it sinks down.

Watchfaces and Apps Not Receiving Weather Updates

I noticed this morning that my watchfaces and Touchy Weather are not receiving weather updates. I’ve restarted my pebble and my phone, but it just doesn’t seem to want to grab data. I am getting notifications, and the built in weather app seems to be working. I have an iPhone 17 and the newest firmware on my PT2. Any ideas on what else I can try so I can get things to sync?

Starting Inflectra Next Week

So my insurance just approved me for Inflectra infusions. I’ve been trying a few different biologics over the last year or so after my Taltz stopped working, and I haven’t had much luck, so I am hoping Inflectra is what will start helping me again. My rheum seemed pretty hopeful that this might be the one.

Just wondering if anyone has been on Inflectra or similar infusions and what the experience was like and how you felt afterwards? I know it can change person to person, but curious how things have been. They said I’ll be given Claritin, Tylenol, and a steroid beforehand, and that the first few appointments will be about 4 hours. I took the day off of work since I’m not sure how I’ll feel afterwards. They told me to bring snacks, and a book or an iPad or something to help pass the time.

Does anyone know how to use the automated lane change? I’ve had the car for a couple of weeks, and I’ve played around with it, and I can never seem to get it to work. I am on the interstate with Travel Assist on, I have the white arrows showing that it’s available, and then I do a half press on the turn signal, and instead of making the lane change, the steering wheel vibrates and I get a message that the assisted lane change has been canceled. I just can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Appreciate any help!
