A 95% is solar eclipse will be visible in the UK today. I can't get viewing glasses at short notice. (eBay cancelled my order last week). If I make a pinhole viewer from a cereal box, will the orientation of the box matter. If I make it long ways, pinhole at the top projecting onto the bottom will this give a bigger image than making the hole in the side? I want to make it on the side so I have a larger space to make sure the sun hits the hole and is not obscured by my big head.

I plan to paint the steel wheels on my car before putting new wheel trims on. My idea was to paint them in something like vantablack of black 3.0 so the wheels will be less noticeable behind the wheel trim. The products I have seen in the "super black" category seem to be expensive in small quantities. What would the community recommend before I go out and buy a can of hammerite?

My step daughter has a 1991 Peugeot 106 that she is very proud of. The paint work is faded and has some lacquer peel. She wants to keep things original and doesn't mind the patina. My question is what would be the best detailing method to use to keep the cars the paintwork from getting worse and looking its best. I have thought about giving it a clay bar, polish and am stuck on whether to ceramic coat or wax. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.
