Arms, Abs, Hams, Upper Chest

These have been my focus areas for my recent split and I really think I’m starting to make progress finally. It took my ages to find an exercise that truly stimulates my upper chest - trying all manner of crazy shit and it turns out a 30 degree angle bench, tucked elbows and a couple of dumbbells does the job.

I’ve split my leg day across 2 back to back days (quad / hamstring respectively). I was rushing hamstring work when I did 1 leg day so splitting it allows me to get the volume I need and allows me to train calves on both days (maybe they’ll start growing).

Abs are coming along nicely - not as much definition as I’d like but I feel they look quite full. Currently 83kg and hoping they’ll look nicer at 80.

Arms have been getting a huge amount of volume and I’m noticing growth without much downside apart from occasional soreness - I plan to run this for as long as my joints will allow me.

Current split:

- Chest, triceps, side delts, abs
- Back, biceps, side delts, abs
- Shoulders (all 3 heads), arms, abs
- Quads, chest, accessory tricep exercise, abs
- Hams, back, accessory bicep exercise, abs

Happy Sunday :)

Ruined my diet in NYC but we move

Went to NYC for a week and wasn’t as strict as I like to be - arrived weighing 83kg and have a sneaking suspicion I’m back to 85; locking back in as soon as I land - happy Sunday !

2 arm days a week and their consequences

Trying to cut a little fluff and focus on accessories

Tracking my calories properly for the first time in a while, making sure I’m in a consistent deficit. I’ve realised I have been pretty inconsistent with getting the top-end amount of protein I need each day too.

Really trying to dial everything in to see how far I can go. In terms of accessories, working on: front delts, brachialis, upper chest and abs, which is specific major weak point for me I’ve realised .

Hope you’re all having a good Sunday!

Exercises to help grow upper chest

Feel like I’ve tried everything but I’m not ready to resign myself to simply having poor upper chest genetics - current primary upper chest movement is incline dumbbell; I’ve all but abandoned flat and incline barbell due to weight plateau and generally not feeling it very much. I find a pec-fly with my palms angled slightly upwards helps too but I’ve only done this about 3 times so I’m not sure how much of an effect it’ll have - any advice really appreciated !

Hello - I work in legal tech and am tired of the same tool being made over and fucking over again.

There is a wealth of barrister arguments available for free and I thought it would be interesting to make a tool that allows barristers to input opposing counsel, key facts, relevant evidence and war game against said barrister. We use their previous arguments to simulate the kind of case they are likely to make and link it to the relevant case law.

Someone tell me if this is stupid or if they’ll use it - thanks
