Bangalore seems to be getting new IMAX soon

Hey Guys,

I was just researching for upcoming IMAX properties in India and seems we have a brand new IMAX coming in Bangalore real soon.

Brigade Utopia seems to be getting 6 screen multiplex with an IMAX screen according to the contractor listing, let's hope it is using 4K laser projectors and is one of the large screens.

Looking for 1BHK/2BHK flat for rent around Bellandur

I am moving to Bengaluru from Mumbai and looking for flats around Embassy Tech Village, Bellandur.

My requirement is 1 BHK unfurnished as I’ll be staying alone and already have most of the home setup and budget around 30K max, even 2 BHK works if the flat is good enough and within 40K

Can you hit me up with some suggestions where I can find some good properties within my budget or which areas you can recommend to stay in.

I was hoping to get a flat in some gated society but seems that ask would be a bit difficult given my budget.

Please let me know if you have any references, broker numbers, your own properties to rent😬 or any suggestions
