My mom left her abuser like a month or two ago who happens to be her sister, but sisters birthday was yesterday. I cancelled on my mom Sunday. I wasn’t ready to see her. Then this comes. Always the same ish then she wonders why I stay away. She expected me to be like come to my house let me solve all your problems since you left your abuser but no. She needs to do it for herself.

Proud of myself and my Partner. I’ve been working out consistently for 8 years and don’t run but walk a lot. I do a lot of hiking and HIIT especially walking on incline. I was invited to do this 19 days before the date. I was nervous I didn’t want to gas out or injure myself but we killed it. We definitely took our time but could’ve gone harder. Idk if I’ll do it again even though I know I can do it alone but if you’re considering it, do it!!
