I live in Brooklyn. I'm 16 years old. I'm staying with my mom and my stepfather. My stepfather is always insulting me whenever he is able to and has gone to the point od hurting me and my mom too. He doesn't let me have a phone so I cannot call for help. I'm the only one who doesnt have . I'm using a school computer. First i said nothing and record him with a music device i bought for 30 dollars. I have 7 recordings of him insulting to the poin of abuse. He also insults mom. He's very manipulative and always convince mom to not leave. Mom stays here because she has twins daughters with him. She's scared if I call the police they are going to take away my sisters from her because she doesnt have nacionality here.Whenever i buy a phone he brokes it. The first times i recorded him but now he started to hurt me. I try to talk back to him , but then he starts hurting me and i have to defend myself by hurting him too. It's been two years of fucking hell, I cannot leave because i dont have any family here, and im too scared of what would happen. I'm too coward to act. please tell me what the fuck should i do to get out of here. We barely have the money to pay the rent because he does not even have a job, he drinks a lot and even though we have a lot of debts he almost never pays them. I'm starting to go crazy , He is always putting me down and insulting my family, saying out loud in front of me that he wish i was dead. We fighted today again, but when he saw the cameras pointing at him he said "lets go inside the house to see who wins. He knows. please help
