Is Conversion Apparatus powerful enough to be worth 3 mana as a mana rock for energy decks since you can get 3 mana right away?

I hear alot that of the 3 mana rocks are too slow does the power of this card make that different or is the cost still too slow in a commander deck?

Any tips to encourage pushing

Is there anyway that you encourage your team or let them know that you or somone else killed the majority of the team they should push outside of saying "this way" that doesn't work since so many ignore it?
