This has always been one of my favourite lines from Tom's work - so I knew I had to put it into good use, hah!

Also, apologies if this may be a bit too spicy to share here; I just wanna see if this is approvable for this subreddit, or not, heh.

I have now, officially, finished this music video: All The TomSkas

I sent this over on Tom's birthday, in a somewhat unfinished state, and I have now put on my big boy shoes, and have finished the whole video. I really hope that you enjoy this video, as I have put in my absolute heart and soul into this production.

All The TomSkas: A Tribute to Thomas "Tomska" Ridgewell

This music video is dedicated to the person who has created purpose and meaning in my life - for my interests in creating, humour and, expanding my determination upon being an artistic person.

This project has taken me the better part of 700+ hours to do, and has been in production since July of 2025- on and off-, and has by far been the most challenging thing I have ever done, creative-wise - working on this for 5-12 hours a day at times, having my laptop broken and tampered with, losing a majority of the downloads and assets for this - but I do very much hope that it is enough to satisfy any of you here, alongside the man himself- hopefully.

This video has taken a lot out of me, mentally - and I have not touched this project since around February of 2026, but I do plan to finish it someday - whether that is in the next few days, or the next few months, I feel that it is appropriate to share the hard work I have done for this project as of now, even if it is in a partially unfinished state.

I hope all of you watching and reading this have a great day, and I hope that Thomas has an amazing 36th birthday alongside this!

I just accidentally deleted all of my files.

I selected the "delete all items from device" button, by accident when I was trying to update my software version, as it didn't encode an mp4 correctly.

I am really hoping that there's a way to retrieve those files back - as some of those files are from videos that are now lost media, along with me having an important deadline for a video, very soon.

Anyone know how to mask out diffused footage/animation, and still keep that diffused-look in the mask?

I sort of tried to look around to see how others would do it, but it seems that my example is a bit too specific for anybody to give advice on, heh.

Sing Beep Beep, I'm a Sheep if you're struggling starting out with Roller-skating. IT WORKS

A few years ago, I decided to go roller-skating by myself, to try and get some practise in before my friend group would arrange all of us to go roller-skating - and our Skate Rink plays a shuffled playlist of 80s hits; so we can get immersed in the style and decade, I suppose.

Something I noticed about 80s Pop is that they weirdly seem to count/measure in 5 beats, rather than the typical 4 - and so, a way I kept myself balanced and in check was skating to a rhythm.

By about 30 minutes into our 2 hour session, the playlist eventually hit Good Times, I was talking to myself going "1-2-3-4-5, I said 1-2-3-4-5" to keep myself in a consistent rhythm to not fall over.

I then remembered that there was an asdfmovie YTP made by Paperking99, where they remixed Good Times with the Beep Beep, I'm a Sheep vocals, and I started singing Beep Beep I'm a Sheep to the tempo of Good Times, and it worked marvellously-- but the strange thing is, singing it to the tempo of EVERY single song that followed after in that '80s playlist worked EVERYTIME, and I did not fall over once for the rest of the hour and a half, and it was my 2nd time ever roller-skating, too!

Moral of the story: Praise Sheep.

Tom and I had an epic laser-eyed fight together at London MCM, shown in this very real archived footage; causing a commotion and fright among all of the attendees at the convention!

In all fairness though, Tom was very lovely and determined at MCM- and as he was suffering a migraine whilst we were talking, it was additionally impressive for him to commit to this idea for this photo that I've wanted to do for a very long time now.

I also managed to show him my music video that I made for him- which I've briefly mentioned in this subreddit before-, that I've spent the past 10 months on- on and off- on my laptop, and he seemed very pleased and even said that it was 'one of the craziest things someone's done for him at a convention'.

Safe to say, I'm a very satisfied fella at the moment! ^ ^

I've sorta spent the past 9 months/600+ hours working on this attributed music video for him and his work, to then show it to him at his booth at MCM May, and I've yet to see any announcement by MCM's official Instagram or Twitter regarding him coming, or not. Though it's not the end of the world if he's not attending, it would still be very nice to show him the video, in person, as it's sort of the only possibility of physically showing this to him hah.
