Made a little 3-day meal reset for new moms thought I'd share

Ok so I know how hard it can be to figure out what to eat after having a baby

Between the baby being exhausted barely having any time to yourself and just being hungry all the time sometimes even deciding what to eat feels like a whole task lol

I ended up putting together a little 3-Day Postpartum Meal Reset for myself just really simple breakfast lunch and dinner ideas for 3 days

Nothing fancy or complicated just stuff that doesnt take a ton of thought or prep

I also added a little section about cravings bc honestly those can be a whole thing postpartum lol

Its basically just meant to give you a starting point instead of waking up every day thinking okkk what am I supposed to eat today

I made it completely free btw I just thought it might be useful for other new moms going thru the same kinda thing

If anyone wants a copy just send me a msg and I'll send it over

Hope it helps someone

What do you guys actually eat when you're breastfeeding and have zero time?

I feel like nobody really talks about this lol

Since having my baby, I’m hungry all the time but I also have like zero time to actually make proper meals. Some days I just grab whatever is easiest and then later I end up craving something sweet or just snacking all day.

I also keep seeing advice about eating “healthy” after having a baby, but honestly some of it feels impossible when you’re exhausted and breastfeeding.

Do you guys actually have a simple way of eating that works for you?

Like what do you usually eat on a normal busy day? And do you struggle with cravings too?

Did anyone else struggle with their weight while breastfeeding?

I always assumed breastfeeding would make getting back to my normal weight easier but honestly... not really 😅

I’m hungry all the time, I’m tired, and some days I barely have time to think about what I’m eating.

I don't want to do some crazy restrictive diet, especially while breastfeeding. I just want to figure out a simple way of eating that feels realistic.

For the moms who’ve been through this, what actually worked for you?

Was it changing your meals, eating more regularly, dealing with cravings, or something completely different?

What are your go-to meals when you’re breastfeeding and too tired to cook?

What do you guys actually make when you're breastfeeding and completely exhausted?

I feel like I’m always hungry but at the same time I have absolutely no energy to make anything 😭

I usually end up making something super quick, or just eating snacks because making a whole meal feels like too much.

What are your easiest meals that actually keep you full for a while?

Bonus points if it takes like 10-15 mins lol
