I have an appointment tomorrow so I can start HRT, I'm so nervous that I'd get rejected or that I'd have to pay out of pocket for the medication. I honestly don't know what I'd do if I got rejected for it I've been wanting to start HRT for almost 6 years

I'm thinking about buying a second gpu for my pc, i already have an amd radeon rx 6600 8gb for gaming, I'm thinking about getting a nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb for display, would that be a bad choice?
I have just aquired this alienware, it's missing a vent cover, do you think i should replace the cover?
So I've known that I'm trans since I was 13, I turn 20 in 2 months, I hopefully start hrt this month. I just had a thought that won't leave my head, "I would look better as a man, stop trying to be something you're not." I've never had a thought like this, idk what to do right now.
