Are you happy with what you have achieved in life?

Stephen Hawking once famously said that "people who boast about their IQ are losers".

I am curious if many people who are interested in cognitive testing, do so because they feel they have underachieved in life and are looking for some kind of validation of their intelligence and abilities.

No offence intended, I'm including myself in that number.

There should be a way to opt out of ads for adult apps and content.

My wife has always been a bit wary of the whole online income game, and doesn't generally like how much time I spend on my phone.

When she looks over and sees me watching an ad for a questionable dating app, it really isn't helping my case.

At what time does it become rude to be playing loud music?

My neighbours are currently having some kind of garden party complete with drum and bass.

I know it's not actually *illegal* until 11 but I deel like 10pm on a monday is take the pias a bit.

It would be nice to have 30 minute mini-game events.

Just a random thought, but it seems to me that a big part of being able to win AB at the mini-game events is the ability to sit and play continuously for 1-2 hours.

For those of us who have jobs and families, that isn't always practical.

It'd be nice to have some 30 minute quick tournaments sometimes.

What benefits do US users have over other countries?

So far I've learned that US users keep the higher boost rates for longer, and get 2 AB for an ad while other country users only get 1.

Is that all, or are there any other US exclusive benefits?

Thanks.

Customers who think the driver does the picking.

I've been working as a CDD for several years now. One thing I've noticed is that many people will leave notes intended for the pickers in "delivery instructions" or ask something like "did you get everything?".

Psa: the person picking your shopping and the person delivering your shopping are different people, and the "picker" is likely several different people as well.

Is mobile phone use while driving becoming normalised?

Disclaimer: I absolutely do not condone using a phone while driving, this is based on my observations not my opinion.

Anyway, I'm a delivery driver so I'm on the road a lot.

I must see a dozen people a day using a phone while driving.

What really gets me though, it's one thing to be hiding your phone under the steering wheel sending a text (obviously still wrong).

But people aren't even making an effort to conceal it any more. They are full on holding their phone up in front of the window, tapping away while driving.

Do they not think what they are doing is wrong? Do they know there's 0 enforcement and they'll never be caught? Or are they just straight up addicted to screen time?

I'm going to fail the July badge. 😢

It's my first month playing AE and I'm 110 points short of completing the challenges ladder and getting the monthly badge.

Unfortunately, the only one of these I can realistically complete by midnight is the boost so I'm gonna fall 85 points short.

Feels bad man
