My mom thinks they're green and will stay this color, but I swear they're turning brown.

I was given a birthdate and vaccine record (self administered) but my sister looked at her teeth and said that by 8 weeks she should have all her premolars. I think I'm going to redo all her vaccines in 2 weeks regardless, but is she really not 8 weeks?

She does act a bit young imo, I thought she was just shy from being in a new place. I'm more used to the growth of larger puppies, I know small breeds can hit milestones at different ages.

eta: I cannot comment so updating to say I know the vaccine schedule is 8, 12, 16 weeks then rabies. By redo I meant start over because vets do not accept self administered vaccines. She handed me a folder that looked like it came from a vet at first with the puppy's info, date of birth, and what vaccines she received. I only realized later on it was a 'do it yourself' packet.
