Seeing weird shapes in right eye

I have always had floaters and ocular migraines, but I’ve noticed that when I move my head or when I am in a white room, I see shapes in my peripheral vision. It’s really hard to explain, but I guess the closest I would compare it to is an arc shape or almost like a pressure point image in my peripheral vision.

I have gone to the eye doctor three times within the year, for all different kinds of eye concerns since getting pregnant, and he stated my eyes look healthy and no concern on his end.

Landlord, trying to raise rent $300. Home has been under construction and not 100% habitable since end of February.[MA]

I will try to keep this short, but I currently rent a two bedroom one bath home. Due to ice dams this winter we had a ceiling collapse in a three season room, which we use as one of our main living areas (work office and a spare room) and water damage in our bathroom, which was causing water to drip the light fixture above the shower, causing water to drip on us.

The bathroom needed a new roof and ceiling and wiring since an electrician confirmed there was a hot neutral and things were improperly installed, but that was all done by the end of March. our three seasons room was completely demoed is still not finished and it is mid June. Right now there is just sub flooring drywall and TYPAR on the exterior.

Three months before this, the hot water heater stopped working and she told us she did not have money for an emergency plumber and that we would have to wait a week to get it repaired, which we just sucked it up and dealt with because we had newborn at the time and quite frankly, I didn’t have the mental capacity to fight.

We just received a letter from our landlord stating that she will be raising rent $300 in August . She did not make any mention of a completion date for the repairs and abatement or even an apology really.

Some additional facts:
-We do not have renters insurance, and it was not required in the lease.

-We warned her about the leaks getting worse and worse. These leaks actually started to happen a few years ago during heavy rain storms, but it got really bad during the ice damage.. we were told there’s nothing she can do until the ice melted.

-When this happened, she did not even come over until I asked her to check it out about two weeks later

-We spent almost 2K on a hotel stay to keep our baby safe . We have a pediatrician letter stating that he wasn’t to return home until Dustin mold was completely remediated. I’m ready.

-this is a duplex. She lives next-door.

Our windows have dry rotted and have not been replaced even though she said she would do so a year and a half ago

Am I crazy for thinking she’s out of her mind for raising the rent in the middle of this? ??
