Hi again—yes, it’s me once more.

I’m back to ask about various custom items and a few other things while I’m at it.

1- For instance, one of the things I need is McDonald's-themed decor. Do such items exist? Maybe a large "M" logo for the wall or something similar to make the decor feel more authentic? Or perhaps a sign like the one in the second image (which is currently for a jewelry store) but featuring the McDonald's logo.

1.2- I’m also interested in signage for various types of businesses—like that chalkboard in the background. It doesn't necessarily have to be McDonald's; I have several businesses on this downtown lot, so anything shop-related would be useful.

2- This relates to the last image. I have a Pepsi machine I want to place on the downtown lot, but I don't think it's in the catalog; instead, a *SimCity* version appears, which I really don't want to use. Is there a Pepsi machine available for downtown lots? Is there a simple way to modify a file so it shows up in the catalog?

3- I have a question: I wanted to set up a pet store in this shopping center. While many items for that type of shop are available, the adoption kiosk for dogs and cats is missing. I assume it's because animals can't visit downtown, so they can't be adopted there either. Is there a mod that changes this?

4- The same issue applies to children. I created a children's clothing and toy store, but naturally, only children can access the kids' clothing racks. Since children don't visit downtown, there's no point in having those items in the shop—unless there's a mod that allows children to accompany an adult (like a parent) downtown. Does one exist?

Hi, I have an Nvidia graphics card, and with The Sims I've always used a sort of built-in application called "Geforce Experience." It has a section where you can apply filters to your liking while the game is running. There were usually around 21 filters, from sharpening (which was one of my favorites) to adjusting color tone, balance, etc. It was a bit like ReShade, but an official Nvidia product.

I don't know what's changed, but now not all the filters appear. Well, they do, but they're disabled, and it only lets me apply two that don't make much of a difference.

I need help with two different things:

1. Does anyone know about this and how to fix it?

2. If not, for those of you who use ReShade, which one do you recommend? Which is the best?

I'm looking for a top and skirt similar to these. I don't mean exactly the same, just the style, the cut of the garment—for example, a fringed skirt like this one. The texture doesn't matter to me because I can alter it, but something similar in terms of shape.

A while ago I created Superman and his cousin Supergirl, and this was part of a commission for 3 Sims. Wonder Woman was still to be added. (And I finally finished!) It was quite a difficult project, since they are classic characters from the 80s and the available photos aren't very high quality, and so on. But with a lot of patience, I achieved these results. I suppose it can be improved, but the recipient was very happy, and that makes me happy.

It’s just so charming that it makes you want to move right in and try one of Monica’s amazing recipes.

Months ago—maybe even a year, right after I installed the Legacy Edition—I decided to build this house. House building isn't really my thing, but since I had the actual show to lean on for inspiration, it was a bit easier. Finding the right items, though? Total nightmare. In fact, I had to recolor a ton of them myself. I had zero clue how to do it at first, but with a little patience and some tutorials I can't even remember now, I figured it out.

Just keep in mind the limitations of The Sims 1: you can only build up to two stories and apartment complexes aren't a thing, so I recreated it as a single-story, ground-level house.

Also, taking photos of the house with the TS1 camera mode is super tricky. You can't really get into the hallways without walls disappearing or another one blocking your view. I did the best I could, but I think I’m going to have to split this into a few different posts since I took a bunch of screenshots. I'll link the other posts below.

Some comments on my previous Marilyn post made me think about the body I gave this Sim. It's true that now, looking at it more closely, I noticed her waist was too narrow, and she was actually a bit wider, so I've corrected that. I've decided not to replace the old one, and I've created a new post for anyone who prefers her with her new body structure. You can download this one and replace the file in your game since they have the same name.
