Omega Residencia investment stuck need advice
I booked a 5-marla plot in Omega Residencia in 2022 for PKR 17.5 lakh (plot price only, excluding development charges) on installments. We paid the full land amount much earlier than the agreed schedule.
Now the Omega office has been sealed by NAB for 6–7+ months, and we’re not getting any clear information about our investment.
Has anyone else invested in Omega Residencia? What are you guys doing, and is there any way to recover the money or secure the plot?
Any genuine advice or contact of someone dealing with this issue would be really appreciated.
