Anyone taking Diucaps in addition?

I'm wondering if anyone else is taking the Diucaps supplement (OTC appetite suppressant) in addition to their Zepbound in maintenance. I know some people layer on other appetite suppressants but I haven't seen anyone mention this one. I entered maintenance a couple of months ago and went down from 15 to 12.5 in hopes that my hair would grow back faster. I found that I was noticing more hunger and eating more calories than my goal, and I put on a few pounds. My doctor suggested that I try taking Diucaps instead of going back up to 15 (which I suggested). My doctor's medical group sells branded ones, but I looked it up and they seem to be sold a lot of places under different branding and it seems to be fairly commonly used. I had just never heard of it before. I've been taking it for about a week and it's really helping! But I break out in major sweat about half an hour after I take it. I'm post menopausal and this isn't a regular hot flash. It stops right away, and it's worth it to me, but I'm curious about it.

Calf lift/saggy skin tightening?

Wondering if anyone has had a procedure to tighten saggy calf skin. I lost 135 pounds and I'm very saggy from the back of the knee to about 4-5 inches down. I don't need lipo though. Does this exist? I'm having a thigh lift in the fall but he didn't think there was much to do in the upper calf area, but I feel like I'm going to still be bothered by it. I think I read something about a procedure that just leaves a small scar behind the knee, so interested in knowing more about that if possible.

Rain sensing windshield replacement

I cracked the windshield on my 2025 ES300h luxury. I gather that any regular mobile windshield company should be able to replace it but there can be problems if the gel pad between the windshield and the sensor isn't done right. Has anyone had issues with that or suggestions? Also I do have the front camera with lane sensing and automatic braking; is that in the same sensor?

Should I try filler or threads

I'm 63. I recently tried Botox for my marionette lines but I don't see much improvement. My injector, who's an RN and very good (I've been getting Botox in my 11s for about a year) suggested we could try filler or threads. It's a little scary to me as I've never done anything like that and I don't know if it would help enough. Thoughts?

▲ 2 r/CPAP

I have an AirMini. I usually check a large bag and then take an underseat tote bag to hold the CPAP plus my tablet plus medication plus everything else that I might need on the flight. I have a medical equipment tag on that bag. I can't really handle more than one bag on the plane, and I'm short and can't use a normal size carry-on for the overhead bins anyway. After a recent trip I came to the conclusion I really need a rolling spinner bag instead of something I carry over my shoulder that gets heavy with all that in it. Most of the underseat bags I'm finding seem to open on the side rather than the top, so it seems not as convenient for things I need during the flight, but I'd be glad to know what other people think. I think 15 inches is probably the max size based on my common airlines. Any suggestions appreciated!
