Acceptable quality of work?

Had a carpenter fit a new internal FD30 fire rated garage door. Had a look after I’d got back from work and this is how he’s left it. Would you say that this is an acceptable standard? Not only that but the gap between the door and the lining on the latch side is roughly 5-6mm, where it says in building regs that this gap is required to be a maximum of 4mm to be compliant with the use of an intumescent strip. Just interested in if others would be happy to pay the quoted £550 for this

Carpentry work acceptable?
