Delivery times

I know there have been a lot of posts about this lately, so I apologies for adding to the pile.

I have a bit of an issue at the moment. my current VW lease ends on the 3rd of January, so I was hoping I would get a M# premium sometimes in November or December.

I was planning on placing the order next week when I got paid, but the delivery has jumped to February now and I cannot stay without a car for a month.

what are the chances, if I order it now with the current estimate, that the delivery gets pushed earlier and I get it in the next two months?

Thank you in advance.

Any recipe ideas for a yellow/red Carolina reaper hot sauce?

So I have 25 red Carolina reaper peppers and a bit more yellow ones (maybe 30-40?).
I’m thinking about adding garlic, carrots and yellow or red bell peppers to the ferment.
I’ve seen people add spices and other veggies for flavour.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can add that goes well with yellow and red reapers? Or if I shouldn’t be adding something I already plan to.

Thank you!

I’ve been waiting for this for almost a year.

I tried about a pea sized piece and that burnt for 10 minutes straight. Amazing!

I have (I think) about 14 more that started fruiting now and a bunch of flowers that I'm hoping will fruit as well. I'm planning on making some hot sauce with them, so can anyone help with any recipe ideas that go well with a yellow reaper?

prefer not to ferment rn as this is my first patch and I don't have any experience in any of this. I just wanna make my first tasty hot sauce:)

Does size matter like they say?

So I regret asking why my reaper wasn’t wrinkly or was too smooth/round on here last week, as this is what it morphed into.

I’m just wondering if its size is normal as this one, and the other younger ones feel like they’re very small to what I thought they would be.

Is it looking too rounded and not as bumpy as a normal (yellow) reaper, or is it too early to tell?

Is it normal for this amount of flowers to fall off on their own or when I lightly shake the plant? It started flowering a few weeks ago, but it feels like it’s been stuck with no visible growth or change for the past week. (Yellow Reaper)
