The Win the Truth execution reminds me of my childhood
It was a censored execution on the 4kids TV version of Yugioh

Note: this does NOT deal infinite burn damage. If the Goat takes too much damage it kills you by drawing your deck
A decade or so ago I build a $20 budget [[Horobi Death’s Wail]] EDH deck (it had budget cards Skullclamp and Necropotence in it, it was really long ago). The deck had some cool tricks in it but the commander was fragile because he affects himself and the entire table killed me first for being annoying
I want to play Horobi and all his cool cards again, but I don’t want to be the villain. What’s a good way to make him a secret commander? I want to play hilarious garbage like [[Touch of Darkness]] and [[Nefashu]]
My initial thoughts were [[Aunti Ool, Cursewretch]] and [[The Reaper King No More]] but Horobi makes it nearly impossible to put -1/-1 counters on creatures
My cactus has been doing very well recently and even flowered for the first time in almost a decade, but there’s a weird hole in it. I poked it and it seems hard.
There’s no signs of any disease so it could just be early stages, any advice? Should I be concerned?
Cactus is outdoors so tons of light, it’s summer here. I water it 3 times a week ish.
Spinerock Tyrant doubles Star of Extinction and Withers both to make them put 40 -1/-1 counters on your goat. Your goat has Luxior equipped so it doesn't die. Now sac the Goat to Springjack Pasture (you can also just remove Luxior or move it off the goat) and METEOOOOR GOOOOOOAT
Tree of Perdition swaps life total to have a lot of toughness, Soul Immolation puts that life total number of -1/-1 counters on the goat, you win
Common etiquette is that if your deck regularly makes a specific kind of token as a core strategy you should have the token for it.
I am playing mono blue [[Aragorn the Uniter]]. This deck uses text changing cards to force Aragorn to trigger multiple modes on blue spells. This is a problem because Aragorn produces blue soldier tokens and other effects like [[Fable of Wolf and Owl]] can produce janked up tokens as well (2/2 Blue Wolf tokens).
The problem with using the correct tokens is:
The deck is capable of producing the original token since I play Painter's Servant, so I need to distinguish between them
Misrepresenting what mana is available for effects like convoke is bad mojo
I tried to brew a homemade herbicide by boiling 20% powdered citric acid with water by weight. Now it's all black on the inside.
Is the pot completely ruined or is there something I can do to salvage it?
Since you are losing anyway they can’t do anything about it
Play Leveler exiling your deck.
Play Twinning Staff
Cast Chaos Warp targeting something
Cast Dualcaster Mage copying Chaos Warp twice.
One Chaos Warp targets Dualcaster Mage
Chaos Warp resolves, shuffling Dualcaster Mage into your empty library (shake the card for clarity since you must shuffle it) and reveal the top card
Surprise! It’s Dualcaster Mage. It copies Chaos Warp. Twice.
Repeat from 5 but resolving a chaos warp on your untap land before the one on mage, making infinite mana
Once every opponent’s thingy is targeted by a copy, resolve all but the original chaos warp.
Activate Twinning Staff copying Chaos Warp. Twice.
Use the combo to untap Twinning Staff then target all your opponent’s thingies.
Chaos Warp can never increase your deck size so this story ends with you dying to Leveler. If you have a card that wins with infinite mana, it allows opponents to shortcut to your victory. That means this combo only works if you lose after since you can’t shortcut that
