Yesterday I ran 3km in 19min it was fine and didn't need to stop. Today I went for a walk i walked 1,5km then I tried to run and couldn't do it, is that normal ? I've been running for a month 3 day a week
Bmq pt summer 2026
Hey, im leaving for bmq in july 25th. Im a 18y/o male and i was wondering how is pt what does it consist of ? Because i hear different thing from everyone some say its 5km every time some say its 3km with some stop where we do exercise etc. Can you guys give me your experience ?
Hey guys im new to running and soon joining the CAF (Canadian army)
Normally i run 2km then a 2min break (sometime less) then another 2km run totaling to 4km
Today i was at my Gf house and i wasnt able to run 4km only 3km but it was 28 degree outside and directly under the sun with black clothing is that normal ? Or am i just less good
Running in heat
Recently ive been able to run 4km, but today ive only been able to run 3km in the 26 degree heat directly under the sun, is that normal?

I wanted to know if I want to live alone on base how much does it cost at valcartier? And how much does food cost ? An estimate if yall can tell me

Just wanted to talk about progress
Hi im a 18yo male, it as been my fream to join the caf since i was a litlle kid. Since i finished high-school i have been working in construction maning houses from the ground. I never have been a runner but i have always been strong. Today i ran 4km for the fun of it in 26 min. I leave for bmq in a month and i am stressed but confident. Question about valcartier
Hi, im a 18yo male leaving for bmq in july. Im 100% quebecois i was born in Quebec and lived there since then. While recruitment i was told that as a armour soldier i had no chance of being stationed in Quebec (valcartier), recently I was told by a recruiter that I could do you guys know if the chance are high for me to be stationed in valcartier because im french canadian and quebecois? (Im billingue it's not an issue with English i speak it well I just wold like to stay close to friends)
