They aren't taking me seriously (TW: mentioning of sh, Bulimia, calories and pills)

(This is a rant post feel free to criticise if necessary) I actually did it. I talked to my mom about my eating disorder (bulimia and anorexia) and she started calling me stupid and saying "You know this can kill you?" (grass is green type statements) she didn't even get to listen to me and she called me selfish for even considering Bulimia. This made me feel worse and continue with my eating disorders. I started Sh everytime I ate something that is more than 400 calories and consider it "binge eating" if I ate more than 1000 calories in daily total. This has made me go crazy since February, I can't stand properly, I can't even stand the smell of food anymore because my stomach craves it but my brain refuses it leading to my iron and vitamin levels to fall on negatives. When I visited my doctor about my sudden lost id appetite she brushed it off and said it's normal for women because of their period??? Did she pass med school through the first model of chat gpt?? I started taking pills for my necessary daily dosage but those made my appetite smaller and smaller. I don't know what to do now. I think I'll just live my life like this and accept that's the new me, even if it's hard.

I've recently lost a lot of weight

I've been food addicted for almost my whole life but I've recently started skipping meals and losing a lot of weight. I went from 74kg to 63kg in less than a month. It's honestly really overwhelming and confusing how in the tick of time my eating disorders changed. I wouldn't want to compare myself to really skinny people who are suffering to start eating again at all. It's just a small rant about how I might also end up. I do not wanna ask for help. I'm ashamed because I do not look like I'm on ANA at all. Now I am 49kg, since I'm short I wouldn't call myself skinny but I didn't lose that weight efficiently at all.

"Cat scratching teenagers are so pathetic!!!" Here's why you're wrong

>!I've heard this by people who self harm till they hit the bone... These people claim that people who scratch shallow scars on their skin (AKA:cat scratching) are not even trying or seek attention. People have to understand that not everybody has sharp tools available and not everybody would like long lasting or forever lasting scars on their arms/legs/abdomen. Self harm has one point, to make you feel physical pain so you'll ignore the mental one. If you think somebody's feelings are less important because their way of showing it isn't as severe as yours, you're genuinely pathetic and should go outside or maybe take a shower. People like this made me actually start self harming till I see the beans or the bone leaving long lasting scars that genuinely ruined my life. Stop telling people to self harm.!<
