Hey guys a few ppl reached out about the apt just a quick follow up and for anyone else who is interested.
Took over the lease from my roommate and it’s my first one! Looking for a chill roomate to take over the room in July/August
Greenpoint rent control walk up for $1200 plus utilities two blocks from the G and a 15 min walk to the L
2 bedrooms and a shared living space
I have a cat and 420 friendly (I’ll be stopping soon) 33 M a gamer (I have headphones for those late nights) and I work nights at a wine shop and volunteer during the week.

I signed my first lease and looking for a roommate in a two bedroom apt (rent stabilized) in Greenpoint, rent is $1200 and my current roomate is leaving June 27th apt open July 1st.
