This is how RM are explaining bulk delivery of letters

This is how RM are explaining bulk delivery of letters

"An explanation is there are far fewer letters in the network than there were 20 years ago, with annual volumes falling from around 20 billion to around six billion.
"That means households will not necessarily receive letters as regularly as they used to, which can sometimes make it feel like there has been a gap in deliveries, particularly for people who remember receiving letters almost every day."

Accident insurance

I can’t find the original post to reply to, so just putting some thoughts here. A customer said that a postie had damaged their car and that they didn’t want to claim via their insurance. A couple of points that might be helpful:
- If RM think the damage is significant then they will go through their insurance and the accident and those involved will be shared on the insurers database. If the customer hasn’t declared it then when it comes to renewal then they could find that their premium is significantly increased with limited companies willing to tale them on.
- all accidents must be reported to your insurance company.
- if you have told your insurance company that you park on your drive and the accident happened on the street then you may not be covered.
I hope that is helpful

The mission of Dying Matters is to break down the stigma and taboo of talking about death and dying. But sometimes, it’s hard to know where to start.
27% of people find it hard to talk about death with family or friends, and 30% bottle their feelings up. If we don’t talk about death and dying and bereavement, it can be harder to cope when we experience it.
