Has anyone had laparoscopic surgery on abdomen and know what to do for Shambhavi Mahamudra during recovery?

I’ve submitted a practice help request with Isha Foundation and haven’t heard back yet. I’m having a Laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis this Friday and I want to know if I can continue doing the Shambhavi practice in any capacity while I’m recovering. This includes if simply visualizing it is enough since my mobility will be limited. Thank you

I'm writing a short thriller wherein two best friends break into a house, only to later have their friendship fall apart as the result of the break in going awry, and I want the audience to be gut punched by their fallout. The movie will only be about 20 minutes long. How can I write a friendship that the audience will root for, only for it to be taken away? What are some of the best ways to create platonic chemistry that comes off as authentic and enjoyable, in a short span of time?

Creation is dying to yourself

Over and over and over and over again

Endlessly, stairs through the heavens

A sparkling crescendo

And burn off the excess

To hate yourself and wrestle with yourself and bury your own face into the dirt until you can't breathe

And then sit up gasping and look at the stars

And thank God you're still alive

To feel the thrill of something new being born

That isn't yours, was never yours in the first place

To simply be the one who found it alone in the river

And bring it upon the shore

And give it food and a place to live

Until it's time to let it out into the world

And give it the chance to taste freedom

I called my creative company Leela Studios, after the Sanskrit word meaning the cosmic play of the universe. I thought it could represent the creative spirit of what I'm making, but my brother said it just sounds like a girl's name. Is that true?

The entire mall appears to be evacuated with everyone standing outside, and cop cars and fire department in the parking lot. Anyone know what’s going on?
