Flicker issue ??

Has anyone had this issue where the camera flashes or (overexposure) for a second or two when opening it or switching camera modes, and then goes back to normal? Is this normal?"

Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my phone’s camera.
Whenever I open the camera, it flickers for a second or two, then stabilizes, and after that the camera works completely normally.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, were you able to figure out what was causing it or how to fix it?
