Can kilter 2x/week, how should I structure my sessions?

RRG sport climber, not a boulderer but trying to get stronger for future seasons.

I will be able to utilize a kilter 12x12 OG 2x/week in addition to one rope day.

Right now my highest sends on kilter are a handful of 6b+'s, a fair amount of 6bs and lots below that.

Should one session be projecting and the other be quick sends? Or 4x4s?

About how many sends/attempts per session and how long of a session should I aim for? And with that info, any recommendations for what grades to go for?

Thanks!

Lexington Tattoo Removal Experience?!

I am considering tattoo removal for large black old tattoos.

I see that Lexington Tattoo Removal has great reviews online, but there are hardly any before and after photos on the reviews and most reviews seem to be made before the tattoo has actually been removed.

Wanted to see what people think of the experience who have already gone through it and if it was worth it?

Is grafting done on the lingual or only buccal?

I've had several grafts done, one on bottom front teeth as well as one other site. Both of them were done on my cheek. I feel like i have recession on my tongue side in some areas.

Ive never heard of people talking about getting gum grafts in this area. Is this something periodontists routinely do?

Lab sent reduction coping for crown, need guidance

I've never had a lab tell me I have insufficient clearance for crowns so I don't have experience with this. But my lab sent me a metal reduction coping and I am curious how to proceed. When I place it over the die an area on occlusal is cut out and I am assuming that is where I will need to reduce?

I really would like to be able to deliver as planned, any guidance on how to proceed to get the best chances Id appreciate.
