2012 Audi Q5 2.0T - Crank/No Start after HPFP & PCV Replacement. Stumbles to 500 RPM, Raw Gas Smell.

Recent Work Done:
• Replaced High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP)
• Replaced PCV Valve
Current Symptoms:
• Car cranks perfectly and evenly (around
220 RPM).
• Occasionally kicks/stumbles up to ~500
RPM if I feather or floor the gas pedal while cranking, but dies the exact second I release the key or lift my foot.
• There is a strong smell of raw gasoline immediately after a cranking attempt.
• Large oil puddle observed under the front passenger bumper area.
OBDeleven Live Data Captured While
Cranking:
• Fault Codes: NO timing or camshaft correlation codes (No P0016).
• Misfires: Staggering counts. Cylinder 2 has 58,417 misfires. Cylinder 4 has 23,735, Cylinder 3 has 3,279.
• Fuel Pressure: High fuel pressure actual matches specified perfectly. Primed at 50 bar, climbs up to 97.5 bar (9750 kPa) during a heavy crank.
• Synchronization: Drops from EPM_MODE_WAIT to EPM_MODE_VERIFY right when it tries to catch, then stalls out.
• Long-Term Fuel Trim was at +4.69% right before the no-start condition.
What I've Tried:
• Unplugging the MAF sensor to force fail-safe mode results in the same symptom (stumbles to 500 RPM and dies).

I'm suspecting either a catastrophic downstream air breach (popped intercooler charge pipe releasing pooled oil onto the bumper), or a stuck-open fuel injector on Cylinder 2 completely drowning the spark plug.
Any Audi/VW master techs recognize this exact behavioral pattern? Appreciate any guidance on what to pull or test next.
