Thoughts 💭

I didn't get my bac....i'm not really sorry about it because i recently realized i didn't find interest in studying at the uni anyway, but now i'm just feeling numb idk what i want and i don't know what to do , i want something that has meaning to me something that i love but can't find any meaning...i feel like i stopped trusting myself and stopped believing i can do something useful in this world, i feel like i lost something far more important than the bac i lost faith i lost confidence i lost meaning....i can't find my old fire to change....my mom now is pushing me into instetutes and I'm really not in the state to think about any of them......i was interested before in becoming a dental technician since I'm good with my hands but now idk....+ i wish i can just free myself from people's expectations , i wish i can isolate myself and just depend on myself completely.

How can people get motivation

Hello👋🏻 I'm a 19f and I just wanted to share this here because I don't have anyone I can talk to about it....sooo

I'm a highly sensitive person and for as long as I can remember I've always had a negative view of life even when I try to be positive...my mind automatically focuses on the worst things happening in the world and I constantly question them and why did they happened and why is it happening....It feels like I can't control it whenever I learn about something horrifying that happened somewhere my brain just can't move on from it....I struggled with religious OCD between the ages of 13 and 15 and it seriously affected my teenage years, i haven't completely recovered from it but Alhamdulillah I'm doing much better now, what made me write this post is that I had a conversation with my friends last night we were talking about life and future and all and I was so surprised by how positive they were they seem to have dreams and desire to live and to find love and get married and have children ....meanwhile I was sitting there completely shocked because I've always seen those things as an absolute nightmare for myself, I genuinely can't understand them and I can't understand people who feel so positive about life, and that makes me question what's wrong with me?....the thing is i think that's also why they have the motivation to study and work and go out and interact with people...as for me I don't really feel motivated to do anything.... I don't have much desire to engage with life honestly...if you asked me what a peaceful future would look like....i'd say I just want a small apartment that reflects who I am.. where I can make art have a stable job maybe..so why is that? Why are some people naturally energetic and motivated and excited about life, while others seem to have low energy and little motivation for almost everything?

Are private institutes/formations in Algeria actually worth it?

hey 19F here🖐i still don't have my bac and I've been looking into private institutes as a backup plan, especially in dental prosthetics (prothèse dentaire)...the thing is I'm worried the institutes i see are just big scams and it won't actually help me get a job later ,most institutes claim that the diploma they give is recognized by the state but idk how can i know if it's true, has anyone here studied at a private institute or done a paid formation in Algeria? What was your experience like? did it help you learn useful skills? Were you able to find a job afterward? or did you feel like it was a waste of money? I'd really appreciate any honest advice, especially from people who studied dental prosthetics or similar fields.

Are private institutes/formations in Algeria actually worth it?

hey 19F here🖐....I took my Bac this year, but honestly.... I don't think I'll get the score I need...i'm not even sure if i'll get it , so I've been looking into private institutes as a backup plan, especially in dental prosthetics (prothèse dentaire)..that's the only institute that i liked and i think it will suit me since i'm used to make physical art and detailed stuff...the thing is I'm worried the institutes i see are just a big scam and it won't actually help me get a job later ,most institutes claim that the diploma they give is recognized by the state but idk, has anyone here studied at a private institute or done a paid formation in Algeria? What was your experience like? did it help you learn useful skills? Were you able to find a job afterward? or did you feel like it was a waste of money? I'd really appreciate any honest advice, especially from people who studied dental prosthetics or similar fields+Honestly I'm desperate for any advice on how to improve my life right now...i feel so behind compared to everyone else. I'm still dealing with mental health struggles and I'm honestly looking for anything that will make me get out of my room and do something useful.
