As the title indicates. I'm playing on a modded game using MSF civilization from Metal Gear. I already unlocked both Metal Gear and Metal Gear Zeke. However, now that I want to build it, it is blocked and it says that the option is blocked until I build a hangar, but I don't see an option to do so in my Mother Base's production options.

My base is not built on water, could that be the issue?

5 minutes ago I had discord on and I could see the Discord server just fine (I even asked a question in general). Then, I had to restart my computer and when I turned it back on, the discord server was gone. I remember that prior to the restart, someone else mentioned that there was something weird going on
