Hi folks.
I’ve been noticing some issues where my K2 Pro is failing at the very last minute. Typically prints are being complete. But when it comes to cut the filament, the head slams at what might be full speed into the cutter arm that pushes the blade.
Tried to rollback FW currently on I believe it’s 1.1.4.1 (unable to roll back). Performed a factory reset and calibration, during initial setup it calibrated the cutter no problem. But after this print it slammed again into the arm failed and threw an error of something on the x axis causing restricted movement.
Anything I can check out before I raise up with Creality?
