I’ve been having to reset the scales in order to get them to pair with my iPhone almost daily!!

While other Internet providers are offering great deals. Unfortunately Xfinity are failing miserably.
After 13 years, the offer I was given was so disappointing I have to say thanks, but no thanks.
I was with you for 13 years because service was great, customer service was great; local stores are very accessible and over the experience has been a good one.
But unfortunately, money talks and I can no longer afford to pay double what the competition is offering…. And you are clearly willing to offer to new customers only!
I've been on the be updated list for about 2 years and still not heard or seen any plans to roll out in our community, but on the maps, I see that there is service not far from us.... is it still coming soon, or not at all?
We have ATT and Xfinity both on fiber, hope to see Ezee available soon
