Found a style I’m happy with!
Recently made a post discussing how I was struggling to find a style of painting for white scars that made me satisfied - looking for C&C on my latest scheme which I’m, so far, pretty chuffed with!

Been painting scars on and off for a bit, and constantly find myself trying new methods or recipes, and different combinations of techniques and finishes and ultimately haven’t found satisfaction in any of mine.
Seems to me that most recipes default to Corax White as a base, which seems so good on videos but the finish in person feels too grey?
Recesses are never as dark as intended and I’m now on yet another iteration based on a tutorial followed meticulously with results that don’t match?
Has anyone else felt this way whilst painting scars? Is an airbrush really a godsend for painting the perfect white armour?
(Not a photographer, terrible photos!)

You see it all the time on the main sub’s comments, people telling you if you complain or criticise any aspect of the game to simply “stop playing” the game then.
Do they realise that’s damaging for the longevity of the game?
If one of the biggest responses to any criticism in the fanbase is telling people to just stop taking part then surely they must realise that if everyone *actually listens* to them and puts the game down and doesn’t come back that eventually those numbers are gonna add up and reduce support for the game long term - purely because the playerbase isn’t big enough to sustain it?
Player counts justify developers continuing support for the game, if people just drop off and don’t come back (like the glazers want) then that’s gonna surely have an impact?
Additionally, just because you criticise something doesn’t mean you hate it - criticism has the chance of actually making something better, whereas ignorance and brown-nosing won’t improve anything. The developers are a business making a product, and need to be held accountable just like any other business.
