Help!

I just wanted some non judgmental advice about what to do, I was diagnosed with GHSV2 about 2 years ago now. First outbreak was actually horrendous and luckily I’ve not had it so bad since. During the ovulation stage of my cycle I get a flair up so pretty much once a month. It’s manageable, but uncomfortable. My partner is also positive. I wanted to know about suppressive daily medication- what are the requirements for getting prescribed it? Is it effective? Will it potentially stop my partner from flaring up? TIA

Feeling so ill!

Suddenly after eating yesterday, I felt incredibly light headed, nauseous and had to run to the toilet where I had a VERY bad stomach. The cramps as if I need to go to the loo are still there, also nauseousness is still present but not noticeably lightheaded or dizzy. It would have been 1 week 1 day since last intercourse. My period is due in 2 days, what are the chances of this being a bug, or could I be pregnant? I will wait 2 more days before taking a test.
Edit- forgot to say I also have lower back cramps, which could just be pms

Bad Experience

Hello- I seem to be okay on motorways but I struggle with new complicated town layouts. I was at a junction about to turn left and the light was on red. I thought the light was for going straight ahead as the layout was incredibly confusing but in hindsight I should have waited for the green go arrow symbol. I stopped and then got confused and then turned left. I genuinely feel awful and there was a van behind me who saw me do it. I definitely won’t do it again- what’s the chances of me getting a fine/points :( I’ll be thinking about this for ages now
